Getting pre-approved is one of the most powerful things you can do if you are looking to buy a home or refinance an existing mortgage. Work with one of our mortgage consultants to get pre-approved so you know what type of buying power you have.
What type of financing do you qualify for? Which program best suits your needs? By now, you will have been working with one of our experienced mortgage consultants, and they will help you choose the loan program that is optimal for you.
You know how much you can afford. You know what loan program is right for you. Now, you’ve found that perfect home! It’s time to submit a formal application for your loan. If you have been working with us to get pre-approved, we will already have most of the information needed to complete your application. We will schedule an appointment with you to sign your application and initial disclosures.
Our local processors will package your complete application so it is presented in a way that it has the best chance to get approved. If there are questions or anything is missing, our processors will work with you to make sure the correct information is included in your package before it is sent to underwriting. We will work with the underwriter to make sure they have everything needed to approve your loan.
Once your loan has been approved by underwriting, it’s time to close the loan! We will schedule an appointment with you to sign the final legal documents before the purchase of your home is funded and recorded with the county. Congratulations, now it’s time to get your keys and move in!
